Group and individual student counseling sessions in  alignment with your district's Multi-tiered System of Support, MTSS.  Sessions are provided by licensed mental health professionals working directly with your students.  Our professionals  working with individual mental health plans support students to  develop the skills  they need to navigate challenging situations.   Reach Health Services'  student plans include a partnership with school districts to monitor and analyze student data, provide detailed monthly audit reports along with a family outreach component delivered in culturally sensitive and caring environment. 

Mental heath disorders and counseling sessions continues to carry a stigma in many cultures.  This maybe in part due to the lack of  mental health services available in our underserved  communities.  Our program is designed to be responsive to the cultural needs of the community.  Reach Health Services  provides mental health professionals  to school districts with the knowledge and experience  working with culture-bound syndromes . Reach Health Services  engages in conversation with students and families to provide the opportunity for mental health services  to those who may  otherwise have been marginalized .

Reach  Health Services understands the importance of providing mental health support through a number of pathways.   Students who experience a mental health crisis can receive support  through a school based counseling plan delivered in a student friendly environment.   We realize not all services are conducive to a traditional setting, therefore we offer remote and virtual sessions beyond the confines of the school day.  Reach Health Services recognizes the need to support students who struggle with school phobia, anxiety, and behavioral concerns that keep the student from attending school on a consistent basis.  These exclusions should not exclude the student from gaining the mental heath support they need to overcome the challenges they face.
